ACCOUNTING
– Auxiliary journals can now also be provided with a default general ledger account for booking ventilation (315705).

ONEDRIVE
– Several optimizations / fixes (324339).

DMS
– Fix for not showing the batch import folder (324301).
– Mail (box) screens now make more use of the space around the screen.

BILLING
– Extend PEPPOL e-Invoice files with the party (address) reference.
– Fix regarding embedded PDFs in PEPPOL e-Invoice files.

GDPR Compliancy
– Added the possibility to anonymize data from RELATIONS.
– From RELATIONS added the possibility to generate a total profile in PDF if a request comes in for access to data.
– Added the possibility from MATTERS (bulldozer) to anonymize the data of all relevant parties of the relevant cases (for example more than x years ago).
– Users must agree to our amended conditions (after logging in or from ‘my account’).

– Webview password can no longer be chosen freely and after reset the user will have to change the password himself when logging in.
– You can work with an IP whitelist per login.

WEBVIEW
– Login functionality provided with strict password policy.
– At ADMIN > Configuration an IP whitelist that can be set to access webservice functions of Webview.

ADMIN
– At templates a search function is added (320053).

DMS
– StoreMe now has a F2-lookup possibility.

TASKS
– Added the possibility to search for the task ID (319224).

CORE
– Password policy changed to a partially less complex structure.

– Date of first invoice

– Last expiration date
– Debtor category ‘No Category’
– No follow-up date
– Added level 0 for not yet expired invoices
– The sent out reminders are now also stored on the relation (not just the reminder itself).
DMS
– Several optimizations regarding OneDrive connection.
– Mailbox-browser title now provided with active mailbox (322885).

RELATIONS
– The columns of the Documents tab are now sortable.
– At advanced search, the search option ‘Debtor Category’ is added.

MATTERS
– If no description has been entered for task template items, the currently applicable description of the job code will be applied during the addition of a template (323030).

GUI
– Fix for F2 lookup control which showed the selection screen when there was a direct match.

CORE
– Password policy changed to a more complex structure and now mandatory!
– Passwords are now valid for 90 days instead of 30.
