Het toekennen van de rechten tot deze rapporten gebeurt door een key user. Hiervoor verwijzen we u naar de handleiding ADMIN \u2013 Users.<\/p>\n<h6><\/h6>\n<p><strong>2\/ Overzicht\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\nDe rapporten zijn genummerd zodat u weet dat bijvoorbeeld voor de boekhouding elke maand de rapporten 4, 12 en 32 moeten gedraaid worden.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Wanneer u het rapport aanklikt, krijgt u rechts de selectiecriteria en mogelijke opties.<\/li>\n<li>Als u op de dubbele pijl bovenaan klikt, kunt u het rapport op het volledige scherm bekijken.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3\/ Export<br \/>\n<\/strong>Per reporting onderdeel is er telkens de optie om te exporteren naar Excel.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Er zijn meestal drie mogelijkheden om het rapport te gebruiken: UITVOEREN, EXPORTEREN en EXPORT RAW..<\/li>\n<li>Uitvoeren toont het rapport in de webbrowser of soms in een nieuw venster. Vergeet dus zeker niet uw popup blocker uit te schakelen.<\/li>\n<li>U kunt het rapport afdrukken of exporteren naar verschillende bestandstypes, bijvoorbeeld een pdf of Excel document.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Lees de afzonderlijke handleidingen verder op deze pagina voor meer uitleg over de specifieke rapporten.<\/p>\n<h5>via CICList lijsten:<\/h5>\n<p>CICList bevat per module een aantal standaard queries die een overzicht van bepaalde datavelden verzamelt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1\/ Toegang<br \/>\n<\/strong>Als u als gebruiker rechten hebt tot de Bulldozer functie, kunt u ook data exporteren met CICList.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2\/ Overzicht<br \/>\n<\/strong>Per module (Relations &#8211; Matters &#8211; Tasks) kunt u een selectie maken via Uitgebreid zoeken.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Na ingeven van de (diverse) selectiecriteria vinkt u de checkbox &#8216;CICList openen&#8217; AAN naast UITVOEREN.<\/li>\n<li>Kies uit verschillende layouts van lijsten en klik nogmaals op UITVOEREN.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3\/ Export<br \/>\n<\/strong>U kunt het bekomen overzicht ook exporteren naar Excel.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Klik daartoe op EXPORT (XLSX).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>via EXPORT data:<\/h5>\n<p><strong>1\/ Toegang<br \/>\n<\/strong>Voor de export van ALLE gegevens heeft u Admin rechten nodig.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2\/ Overzicht<br \/>\n<\/strong>Via ADMIN &#8211;
